Ingredients
- Prawns ½ kg cleaned
- Oil ¼ cup
- Onion chopped 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves 20
- Chili powder 1 ½ tsp heaped
- Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
- Tomatoes chopped 2
- Green chilies chopped 6
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method
- Heat ¼ cup oil fry 2 chopped onion light golden, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, also add 2 chopped tomatoes with 1 ½ tsp chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp crushed red pepper and fry well till oil comes on top, add ½ kg prawns with 6 chopped green chilies, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves and simmer for few minutes. Lastly add ginger slice and 20 curry leaves.
