Potato salad

Potato salad

Ingredients:
  • 8 medium  yellow potatoes cooked and diced 
  • 3 Persian cucumbers or 1 English 
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion, minced
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup corn (optional)
  • 1/2 stick of butter melted
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise  
  • teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetta 
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon peper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • paprika, sprinkle on top

Directions: 

1.Boil peeled potatoes  until done. 

2.Cool to room temperature. 

 

 

3.Place diced potatoes in large bowl add vegetta. 

4.Melt butter pour over potatoes mix well. 

 

5.Add eggs cucumbers and onions and mix

 

6. Add corn if you like to.

  

7.Add mayo,mustard,salt,garlic,coriander mix well


8.Sprinkle a little paprika on top.
